1. Introduction
1.1 This Online Platform is provided by
Ware Affair (Pty) Ltd for public use.
1.2 These Terms and Conditions of Use (these "Terms") govern your use of this Online Platform. By using this online platform you accept these Terms in full.
2. Authentication
2.1 For Authentication, the following apply:
(a) a valid email address, that will be verified by Jointz before registration is completed
(b) a user name that is easy for the user to remember
(c) a strong password that will safeguard your profile and usage thereof;
2.2 Password resets will require the email address used to sign up to be valid and functional.
2.3 Joinz reserves the right to reject any request that goes unverified within the given time as communicated.
3. Content
3.1 All registered users of Jointz will have the ability to upload lyrical content.
3.2 Users do not have to be logged in or registered in order to view content on Jointz.
3.3 Content may only be edited by the owner(user who uploaded content) and Jointz Admin users.
3.4 Jointz Admin reserves the right to edit content that:
(a) does not fit the Jointz format.
(b) violates content rules as stated in 3.5.
3.5 Jointz content follows the rules stipulated below:
(a) users shall not upload malicious content (including images) that warrants abuse of their privileges, such content shall be removed and action may be taken against the user.
(b) users shall not use the platform to upload any other content besides music lyrics
(c) lyrics uploaded need not necessarily be by known artists only
(d) censorship of explicit content is enforced accorging to Google guidelines in order to keep adverts active.
(e) Jointz Admin users reserve the right to suspend or permanently restrict access to users that are in violation with these terms.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
(a) all terms, conditions, warranties and representations (whether express or implied) relating to this Online Platform and the material contained on this Online Platform are excluded; and
(b) all liability and responsibility on the part of Potentiality and/or the Association (and any of their directors, officers, employees, related companies or agents) for any loss or damage that may be incurred by you or any other person, including without limitation any direct, indirect, punitive, consequential or special loss or damage, and whether in tort (including, but not limited to, negligence), contract or otherwise, in connection with use of this Online Platform or the material contained on it, or any website linked to this Online Platform, is hereby excluded.
